Exotic Heels
Exotic Heels is a sexy, energetic, fun filled high cardio pole dance flow class, you will learn how to flow, twirl, roll, clack those heels all on the floor and around the pole, our class is Beginner friendly, so no prior experience is needed. So come join us and learn all those sassy moves in those heels.
Exotic Pole Tricks
Get ready to perform your hottest pole moves while looking your best in those 8-inch heels! With Exotic Pole Tricks, you’ll get a great workout while having fun learning how to do the most impressive pole moves. So what are you waiting for? Try out Exotic Pole Tricks today and show off your new moves!
Exotic Acro Chair
Are you ready to take your dance moves to the next level? Join us every Monday at 5pm for Exotic Acro Chair Beginner level. Learn how to seduce and trick your way on and around the chair with heels and knee pads. Heels and knee pads are a requirement, but you can also go barefoot to learn the choreography. Unleash your inner dancer and get ready to show off your moves with Exotic Acro Chair!
Flirty Buti Fitness
Ready to tone, tighten, & lift your behind? Including cardio, abs, arms and stretching, this class is all about targeting your booty for full body invigorating workout. Fun, upbeat and for all fitness levels. We will teach you the secrets to sculpting a beautiful butt and toning your upper body and abs. You will see and feel results quickly and be stronger for pole!

I fell in love with pole dancing in 2008. I loved the way I felt about myself and how I was capable of doing such amazing things with my body. Pole has been a part of my life in so many different ways.
I have no dance background, only a love to learn; that proves that anyone can learn to dance. I am blessed to be able to share that love for Pole and Aerial with others. I teach all levels of pole, aerial and fitness.

I am a ‘not-so-closet’ obstacle course junkie when I am not at the studio. I love challenging girls to do what I know they are capable of, and not only what they think they can do.

I started pole dancing 10 years ago. I have now been teaching since May 2021 and this has been an amazing experience. Teaching new ladies my passion for pole dancing and watching them fly. Pole fitness is an amazing sport to build strength, tone and make lifelong friends. My favorite part of going to classes is the amazing women you train with, always there to motivate you and catch you when you fall.
