The Rules

• Students to test the stability of the poles before, and periodically during class.

• Please clean your pole before AND after your class. Cloths and cleaning solution is provided.

• Poles or other equipment may not be utilized when an instructor is not present.

• Please avoid using hand and body lotions/oil on pole days.

• Do not attempt any moves that you have not been instructed on.

• Inverted moves will only be taught by an instructor, and practiced together with a spotter.

• Kindly notify the instructor of any injuries or strains at the beginning of each class, or during, if any arise.

All classes not canceled by you at least 5 hours before (20:00 the night before in the case of morning/weekend classes) will be forfeited unless there is an emergency or special circumstances. If you do not cancel your class within this time frame your class will be forfeited. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

• In the event of a special circumstance, it will be at the discretion of studio management whether or not your class can be carried over. Various factors are taken into consideration when accepting/declining, each case will be taken on its own merit and will not serve as creating a precedent for future requests.

• Please book pole classes that are for your level and not according to a time that suits you. If you book a class not suitable for your level you will be advised not to attend that class.

• Students MUST participate in the warm-up. Latecomers are responsible for their own warm-ups and will not be permitted to start class prior to a warm-up

• Be aware of your environment and other students before attempting any floor/aerial moves.

• Stay well-hydrated.

• Gum, candy, or other solid foods are not allowed in the studio.

• No alcohol or mind-altering substances may be consumed before or during class.

• No jewelry or clothing items with zips or buckled belts to be worn during class.

 

The Terms & Conditions

• All rights of admission are reserved.

• Participants under the age of 18 years must have written consent from either a parent or guardian.

• Membership is payable upfront, on a monthly basis before the 1st of each new Month.

• 1 Month, Drop In and Pro Rata options are payable via EFT or cash.

• No refunds, discounts, or additional classes are given in exchange for unattended classes.

• You may catch up on classes missed only during the month that they are missed.

• Contracts are non-transferable.

• Membership is active for the period you have selected and will continue indefinitely until one calendar month’s written notice is received. Should written notice not be received 30 days before the end of the contract, the contract will automatically be renewed for the same period at the current or increased yearly rate.

• Early cancellation of a fixed-term contract will incur a penalty fee of 50% of the remaining months’ fees.

• Any legal costs incurred in recovering outstanding fees will be for the member’s account.

• Please take care of the equipment. Members will be held responsible for damage to property/equipment.

• The studio does not offer child-minding services. No children in the studio unless prior permission is given by the instructor/owner.

• Contracts may be placed on hold if need be, please get in contact with Megan Ramos to discuss the same.

• No cancellations will be accepted during November and December.

• December and January fees are payable in full.
